Well if you don't you definitely have those games then you should since they're among the best games on their respective consoles.

I have yet to actually try out Halo 3

Though I tend to spoil things for myself and found out that the final boss is incredibly easy

The reason that sets me back from this disaster of a game is that the whole game is weak due to the fact it gets repetitive quickly and falls short with entertainment, which = extremely boring.

If you have a Xbox 360 (non-arcade) or Xbox 360 elite and want a good time killer you minus well get Conker Live and Reloaded (The remake of CBFD), I mean sue it's not as great as the original, but it still has that conkers essence in the original which makes me still play it.
