RE: Pokemon Agate Version - Narodin - 06-16-2009 That helped a little bit more. Could you name some of the designs that you dislike to help us improve them? RE: Pokemon Agate Version - Voyage 34 - 06-16-2009 17. Sparkspore 18. Sparkling 19. Arachnablt -- 42. Phantist 43. Phantoul 44. Ghostaunt (^These look pretty bad actually) -- 57. Smileed 58. Florin 59. Gleessom (This is way toooooo much inspired in Sunkern and Sunflora, you should make it a little less obvious) Also, I think that the following are best for the fire starter: 45. Meerkub 46. Flarekat 47. Weasmolt RE: Pokemon Agate Version - 13 Heart - 06-16-2009 What trainer should I do 1st and can I do the trainer on MS paint. Phantist line: Well, I know they may not be the best art, but it's the concept that we're looking at, at the moment. The art will definitely be improved, as will the design, but for now its a like a beta design. Smileed line: It's not official, right now it's just a basic concept, it will be improved when the dex get's updated. Meerkub line: That's so ironic xD they were the fire starters at the beginning, they didn't have to do with the zodiac so we decided to use a different line that had to do with the zodiac. Thanks for your input and we'll try to fix it as soon as possible. Also, paint will be fine RE: Pokemon Agate Version - 13 Heart - 06-17-2009 Just to let you know I used a friends sprite to make this. You can edit the trainer sprite if you want.NO credit needed. Edit:I think there should be a Dark & Light pokemon in the game. RE: Pokemon Agate Version - Narodin - 06-17-2009 That sprite is a good base to work off of. Did you ask your friend if you could use his sprite though? A few things on the sprite though. 1. The hair seems a bit off, the design was to have a few hairs sticking up and to have the bangs in the face. 2. The sweater is nice, yet the design was for just a yellow shirt with a white undershirt coming out of the bottom. 3. The shorts are white. 4. The shoes are black and yellow Other than that, very well done Also, there may be RE: Pokemon Agate Version - 13 Heart - 06-17-2009 (06-17-2009, 04:25 PM)Narodin Wrote: That sprite is a good base to work off of. Here I dont know if this will help. 1.Not good with doing hair and when I did have a few hairs sticking up it didnt look good. 2.I will fix that. 3.Ok I will work on that. 4.Did not know that,I will fix it. If anyone wants to they can fix the hair. Edit:Finished the sprite, post it soon. Ok, I can fix the hair up after you have finished. RE: Pokemon Agate Version - Teddy The Elite - 06-18-2009 Also adding to the sprite, he looks like he's looking straight forward. Other sprites look towards the left. Just a note. RE: Pokemon Agate Version - Destined - 06-20-2009 Wow, I really like the custom graphics in it. btw, are you using Pokemon Essentials by Peter. O? if so, you really should credit him. On another note, you really should think about posting this at the PokeCommunity forums as well as here, huge Game Developing (and Hacking) community there. I should know as I'm part of the Game Developing community xD. We're taking it slow, starting with all of the designs first, then the first few sprites. Then I think we'll start with the programming portion of the project. Ok, thanks I'm going to do that now xD RE: Pokemon Agate Version - Baegal - 06-20-2009 This project is pretty decent, although It's a bit Iffy at some parts... There were some pokemon I really liked, but others were kind of just put there to fill up space IMO.... I really did like: Leafryx Canopteryx Birdami Leercat Gleessom(the design) Spifrit However, some pokemon, like opasleaf, were kinda....weird..... I would really get rid of that opasleaf or change his design... But, why were some names up there, but no pic? Were they not designed yet? If so, I might be able to think up a few... Don't bring up Opasleaf T-T I have no idea why it's still there actually. It was the original grass starter, but then we trashed it. We may keep it's final evolution and its evolution. Some of them were designed, but are just little concepts right now. Like little doodles in the corner of a page. If you would like to you could RE: Pokemon Agate Version - Baegal - 06-20-2009 Just an idea that popped into ma head. You don't have to use it. You can change the names, they're not that creative... X( RE: Pokemon Agate Version - Narodin - 06-21-2009 Those designs are cool. I'm guessing electric/ice type? |
