Swampert does look better. I'll think of some other things for it.
And for Latias, if the bottom right strip on the face is supposed to be the mouth, it looks more like a vertical block of blocs. It also looks like its a mad man face sometimes

looking great so far! i agree with Wave about Latias' mouth though. add a pixel or two on the left side so it looks smoother? :3
Really love the sprites otherwise!
