I've also have problems to recognize which part belongs to which frame. Yeah i suppose it can be a bit confusing so I changed it. The flame is shooting the correct way, for the flame animation itself, there are 3 different versions: WEAK, MEDIUM and STRONG. WEAK uses the first 4 frames, MEDIUM uses the first 4 plus the next 3 frames and STRONG uses all the frames. As for Cinder's animation you just loop the last 2 frames until the flame disappears. I hope this helps. RE: Sprite Ripping Project 4: 2-D Fighting Games - Davy Jones - 08-10-2011 oh yeah, that's perfect now =) RE: Sprite Ripping Project 4: 2-D Fighting Games - HandToeKnee - 08-10-2011 SNES Mortal Kombat time I've been doing these all day as you can't actually play as them, not even with cheat codes (it makes the game crash!). So i just left AnimGet running while playing, trying to piece together each sheet. Getting Shang Tsung to stand still long enough so i could jump over him and get his turning around animation was a nightmare, he kept dashing backwards. Anyway, I think they look the business and i even added a Reptile morph, just in case anyone should need it RE: Sprite Ripping Project 4: 2-D Fighting Games - Ton - 08-10-2011 Amazing! RE: Sprite Ripping Project 4: 2-D Fighting Games - HandToeKnee - 08-10-2011 SNES Mortal Kombat Johnny Cage finished And I've re uploaded the other characters (except Goro and Shang Tsung) because i forgot to rip the getting hit in the balls animation. http://www.spriters-resource.com/snes/mortalkombat/subzero.png http://www.spriters-resource.com/snes/mortalkombat/scorpion.png http://www.spriters-resource.com/snes/mortalkombat/reptile.png http://www.spriters-resource.com/snes/mortalkombat/liukang.png Sorry about that RE: Sprite Ripping Project 4: 2-D Fighting Games - Davy Jones - 08-10-2011 Reptile has no acid spit like in MK2? He's just a palette swap with both Scorpion's and Sub Zero's special moves and fatalities. RE: Sprite Ripping Project 4: 2-D Fighting Games - Ton - 08-11-2011 Like with any MK secret character, Reptile didn't gain a unique moveset until he was playable. RE: Sprite Ripping Project 4: 2-D Fighting Games - HandToeKnee - 08-11-2011 SNES Rayden's finished. Only 2 characters left then I'm gonna do some more Killer Instinct. I was laughing myself stupid while making it! RE: Sprite Ripping Project 4: 2-D Fighting Games - HandToeKnee - 08-11-2011 SNES Mortal Kombat time again! Sonya's finished, just Kano left to do. RE: Sprite Ripping Project 4: 2-D Fighting Games - Ton - 08-12-2011 Great! RE: Sprite Ripping Project 4: 2-D Fighting Games - Magma MK-II - 08-12-2011 Do you guys know how many fighting games have bonus rounds? I'm taking a break from the usual Shoot'em Up ripping and wanted to rip some bonus rounds. Already started with Art of Fighting. RE: Sprite Ripping Project 4: 2-D Fighting Games - HandToeKnee - 08-12-2011 Hooray! That's all the SNES Mortal Kombat 1 characters done |
