RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - LeleleleMAXIMUM - 08-05-2009 Also, idk if it's the style, but looking at Tyvon's mug shot, his left arm is void of the lightest shade. Maybe you should do the same? RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Raytheon - 08-06-2009 its a bit pillow shaded esp. on the hair. RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - DanKen - 08-08-2009 Decided to try the style, How does it look? RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Wes - 08-08-2009 Ok kind of a big post. I've been spriting a bit on and off for the past week. I made the lineart for my trainer mugshot a while ago, but it was too big so I shrunk it. I didn't shade it until I saw Zenaki's and got inspired. I also played with the small trainer sprite's face, and I think it looks loads better. The mugshot is a WIP. I've taken all of the Golem crits into consideration. I haven't updated that sprite yet, but I will. In the meantime I did a quick Ditto idle stance to get something done. Also a 'tired' stance, which I think looks more like scared than tired. RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Ton - 08-08-2009 Red rid of the lines under its eyes to make it look less like "oh my god, a blastoise is about to sit on me." RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Kao - 08-09-2009 Could you change the colour of ditto? that purple/pink is horrible tbh. RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Alpha Six - 08-09-2009 @Dan Some of the shading is kinda off, but you're definitely at a good start. Examine the style a bit more and you'll notice what you need to change. @Wes The mug is decent right now, but a lot of the shading isn't smooth. There are a loooot of jagged lines. @everyone Sorry I haven't been updating lately; I'm currently busy with another project. Keep the sprites coming though; they help a lot! RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - lava - 08-10-2009 i might attempt Growlithe, should he be like the size of eevee or taller? RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Raytheon - 08-10-2009 much taller should be 2' 04" on the scale on the side RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - lava - 08-10-2009 hows this for a start? edit: shaded version. little changes done from the outline. RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Zenaki Jenkins - 08-10-2009 Looks good, but there's a few things to fix. His eye on our left should be a bit bigger, slightly move his nose to the right, the "white" part for his mouth is to big, his fur is not fuzzy enough and his tail doesn't have the correct shape. RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - lava - 08-10-2009 this better? RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - JarJar - 08-10-2009 should be lookin more to the side RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - lava - 08-10-2009 how about this? looking at the ref, i also changed the ears. RE: Pokemon Zero Sprites - Zenaki Jenkins - 08-10-2009 Ears look better. Also, couldn't explain correctly what was wrong with the head, especially with my bad English so I edited it. Hope you don't mind. Still needs to be fuzzier though. |
