RE: Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles - GrooveMan.exe - 07-04-2011 Except, y'know, all those GBA release games that had single-cart multiplayer. RE: Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles - Alpha Six - 07-08-2011 Okay, so I finally played the demo. It's pretty great. Jumping is a little on the heavy side and could stand to be a few frames more responsive, and the spin dash REALLY needs to be slowed down (the whole "instant" thing isn't a huge gripe to me; but the fact that I can't actually follow myself is a problem). Rolling slows you down for some reason, but it's still useful for mowing through enemies; although you'll likely just be spindashing instead. The game isn't 60fps, which isn't a huge deal, I just sort of expected it to be. :c Even without being 60fps, it's absolute eye candy, though. It drips of style and it pulls off "next gen but still classic" really well. Overall it's a great game so far. RE: Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles - Negative-Zer0 - 07-10-2011 Demo was released? Well I guess I'll play it. I hope the release date isn't anytime soon. RE: Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles - Alpha Six - 07-10-2011 The demo expires in 2 days, so get it quick, otherwise you won't be playing it. RE: Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles - Keychain - 07-11-2011 Can you download demos on a silver account? RE: Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles - Clutch - 07-11-2011 Yes. Gold members have earlier access to demos, but they open up to Silver members once a certain number of days pass. RE: Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles - Rökkan - 07-11-2011 pretty much what tyvon said, the demo is pretty good, and I hope that the heavy jumping, the useless rolling, and the crazy broken spindash can be fixed, and also the controls, that can be really unresponsive or delayed at times. I.E.: trying to jump right after you spin-dash or get out of that S-tunnel to avoid that spring and crumbling floor. jumping in general does feel a lot nicer and less delayed than the recent dimps games though RE: Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles - Garamonde - 07-13-2011 Look who we'll be fighting. RE: Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles - Clutch - 07-13-2011 That is adorable. ...why is it adorable? RE: Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles - NICKtendo DS - 07-13-2011 Metal Sonic grew up so fast... waaaaaaait a minute. Robots don't 'grow up', do they? RE: Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles - Omegajak - 07-13-2011 *Generic cute joke about a single pose that Metal Sonic is in, so Mighty can like my post.* RE: Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles - Garamonde - 07-13-2011 Well he is cute. RE: Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles - Rökkan - 07-14-2011 Chemical Plant is AWESOME http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_TlVYr8Xjqo I hope we get a remix of Stardust Speedway Bad Future for Metal Sonic's race at least. It's really shitty that they skipped Sonic 3 and Sonic CD for a bunch of samey city stages. RE: Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles - Garamonde - 07-14-2011 That's pretty rad. That screenshot looks sick. It reminds me of... um, Tails' Speed Highway. RE: Rev Up Those Sonic Cycles - Azure-Tranquility - 07-15-2011 (07-14-2011, 11:46 AM)Mighty Jetters Wrote: That's pretty rad. That screenshot looks sick.
