RE: New Zelda for 2010 - Cobalt Blue - 01-10-2010 havent played TP yet but i'm pretty sure that if the main villian doesnt talk to the supposed heroe of the story that kinda defeats the purpose of link not talking so the player could asume the role easier. i think i worded it right RE: New Zelda for 2010 - Helmo - 01-10-2010 I want a new unique final boss in the next game, not boring old Ganondorf again... :c RE: New Zelda for 2010 - Cobalt Blue - 01-10-2010 (01-10-2010, 02:37 PM)Yukon Cornelius Wrote: I want a new unique final boss in the next game, not boring old Ganondorf again... :c they should put that clone of him called captain falcon. The way I saw it, he was just sick of the Godesses being bitches and stopping his plans. He didn't even care about you personally, just the fact that the Godesses sent you. Not to mention this was technically the first time he ever saw link, since TP follows the child timeline. It wasn't like Windwaker where had a grudge against Link. I think it worked. RE: New Zelda for 2010 - Koopaul - 01-10-2010 I know that seems kinda weird having a Zelda game that focuses mostly on someone else but it is a tad refreshing in some ways. If you think about it Linebeck was the same way in Phantom Hourglass. He did most of the talking even to your little fairy friend. I think its because Nintendo wanted some more personality and exchange going on during the cutscenes and conversations. Link could never provide that but Midna and Linebeck could. RE: New Zelda for 2010 - Sponge - 01-10-2010 In before this gets delayed 50 times like Twilight Princess did. RE: New Zelda for 2010 - Koopaul - 01-10-2010 Doubt Nintendo would pull that again. They seem to learn from their mistakes. Certain ones. RE: New Zelda for 2010 - A.J. Nitro - 01-10-2010 Plus the fact that they decided to put it on the Wii as well and not just the Gamecube. I dunno, I find that ever since playing New Super Mario Bros Wii, if I try to play the DS one I constantly shake the DS trying to make Mario stay in the air a second longer. Edit: And let's not forget games such as Yoshi's Topsy Turvey. Except maybe Touched!. I've always wanted to try Kirby Tilt n' Tumble, but I don't think I'd have an easy time getting a hold of it these days. RE: New Zelda for 2010 - Vipershark - 01-12-2010 The one drawback that I found in NSMBWii was the motion controls. As I said before, if a game is originally developed to have it, it's fine. But it just feels tacked on in NSMBWii, and it breaks your concentration to have to shake the controller all the time. Why make you have to shake to pick up an enemy when you can just conveniently use the B button (or the 1 button, whatever) like in the rest of the series? |
