oh wait, that isn't video games.
This isn't really annoying as such but that noise when you were running out of air underwater in Sonic 2, i used to get my dad to do the part where you had to go underwater in chemical zone because it scared the shit out of me and i always panicked.
And if you actually do run out of air and Sonic dies, That noise he made when he died used to send shivers down my spine.

because that fucking music that starts playing with the countdown was awful
