You said your ripping these through screenshots? Is there an emulator and ROM you can use to do this properly (let it be known, I'm not asking for links to emulators or ROMs for PSP; I'm just asking if that's what you're using)? If so, I can probably help and speed this along. I've been looking for these sprites for a long time.

The sheets need a bit work:
- Laharl girl: 3 parts of the scarf and 5 sprites of Laharl should be rotated to match the other sprites.
- Laharl: Get rid of the black leftovers, assemble the cut off sprites (1st and 2nd row) and rotate the 3 sprites of Laharl.

The sheets are like those posted by RTB and CrimsonPenguin for the old Disgaea's games, so I think for now I will leave as they are. However for now I focus on disgaea, as soon as I finished i will post those of FFIV

Yeah, they'll have to do until someone (i.e. me) gives them a proper organization at a later time.
But there is a problem with the arm sprites on Laharl's sheet, they need the transparency applied to them to remove the "boxy outline" around them.

Tried to assemble Laharl, but he and the scarf part have some different placed pixels, so I'm not doing it. Just letting you know this.
