well, that's exactly why I didn't finish the face, because I didn't like how the previous pichu had his face, but I couldn't do it better so I left it, it's just I don't think it fits with the rest of the body. Though 2 looks better than 1, though that's just my opinion, cheerios for giving it a go none-the-less
Edit: Gave the head a try... O = Original / 1: fixed ears, made tail longer added mouth + cheeks / 2: 1 + eyes / 3: 1 + eyes on another spot

Well, I slightly made his arm move forward as he walked, beacuse (dunno if you can see) I moved the arm from the back of him slighlty forward then halfway into the middle then stopped there and went backwards. Also I'm working on him Inhaling and Pik, I'll change that, thnx for the CC.

dont forget star for starrod, explosion for smart bomb, deku nut, blast box, and cracker lancher
the strange pixy dust-ish stuff when you eat food
the crackers for cracker launcher
flames for soccer ball and fire flower
smoke for smokeball
and when the assist trophy opens

all of that are the SFX parts of the game
however i do agree with u on the assist trophy
team healer needs more frames
smash ball too
the green shell looks strange when animated, IMO, i think that it shouldn't be flipped for the other side; also more frames
