RE: Quirby's seemingly clever assortment of Pixels - E-Man - 01-17-2015 Could you try giving Iceman a different pose? He looks pretty stiff and wonky. RE: Quirby's seemingly clever assortment of Pixels - Quirby64 - 01-30-2015 Little known fact : I'm horrible at keeping a consistent schedule here. Fixed up Ice Man's pose...I think. His original looked a bit weird to begin with. (that and the face) Also, a full sheet on Wood Man, just in case I ever hack him into the game using FeTILEty. Also, I made another thing on that 84 x 48 screen. The Mega Man-ness continues. And then the brief going-way form MM. A Mock screenshot of Lotus III for GBC, using those M100 sprites. Cross Country Racing (International Rally or It's a World Rally elsewhere) with more colors. And then for nerps and giggles, it's pokerfaceman2, with a 1000+ frame GIF to boot RE: Quirby's seemingly clever assortment of Pixels - Koh - 01-31-2015 The way the dirt is colored makes it look like an american football field pattern or something. What's with all of those bars? RE: Quirby's seemingly clever assortment of Pixels - Kelvin - 02-02-2015 That was so back in the day, you had a better frame of reference for motion, since it was hard to track the stripes on the road, especially since your car was covering half of them most of the time. A lot of old games had that "freshly mowed" look. I like how Woodman came out, but I feel Megaman and Iceman really need their torsos shortened. RE: Quirby's seemingly clever assortment of Pixels - Quirby64 - 02-08-2015 I actually like that freshly mowed look. Made Mega/Ice Man 1 pixel shorter. Looks a lot nicer! EDIT : DragonDePlatino Quirby64. The arm on that running Sonic pose...it just...it's kind of... Oh, never mind. Just redraw it man, please. DX DaHog DDP, I don't see what's wrong with the ar -- Oh yeah, better change that. FarmerM Sybian the Hedgehog... And THEN, just now after browsing this thread again, I realize. Good job, me. Quick Edits ensue. RE: Quirby's seemingly clever assortment of Pixels - Quirby64 - 02-14-2015 Windows 2000 GBC style. Why? Nooooooobody knooooooows. RE: Quirby's seemingly clever assortment of Pixels - Joxon - 02-14-2015 Is it bad that my school still has that OS? And, that M in My looks like an N. Erase one pixel in the middle top. RE: Quirby's seemingly clever assortment of Pixels - Quirby64 - 03-07-2015 Being out of schedule is a wonderful thing. Except PARCC test make me have a valid reason...for only one week. Dangit. Which one would be better at 1:1 pixel size? 1 is the original. Some CGA guy I made for the sake of 4-color palettes. Also called C.J because - CJ? CJA? CGA? HAHAHAHAHAH-Yeah that did'nt work EDIT: I should probably post this before I forget : What if Nintendo ported F-Zero to the GBC as an isometric game? (Think RC Pro-Am!) RE: Quirby's seemingly clever assortment of Pixels - Kelvin - 03-09-2015 Now I wanna see if someone will make a fake Windows in NES or GBC. XD RE: Quirby's seemingly clever assortment of Pixels - Quirby64 - 03-16-2015 If I'm remembering correctly, Chinese Bootleggers, "ported" both Windows 98/95 (forgot which) and 2000 to the NES. They're floating around the internet. Smash Mouth = Astro Lounge if it was on a ZX Spectrum. For reference : Each "Attribute Block" of 8x8 pixels can only have 2 colors, but they must be 2 "Light" colors or 2 "Dark" colors. No mixing. Here's an Image of the palette, right side "Light", left "Dark". Thoughts? RE: Quirby's seemingly clever assortment of Pixels - Quirby64 - 03-24-2015 Merp, still not much stuff. If ShamWow! had a game for the GBA. RE: Quirby's seemingly clever assortment of Pixels - Jaharl - 03-24-2015 Could you change the shamwow guy's face because it is creepy me out, or did you do that on purpose. RE: Quirby's seemingly clever assortment of Pixels - Quirby64 - 03-24-2015 I did it on purpose, considering he looks like that in the ads... RE: Quirby's seemingly clever assortment of Pixels - Kelvin - 03-25-2015 Wow, it's a sham! XD His chin should be a bit pointier, though. See in the pic, he's got kind of a sharp chin? |
