Typically, most non-console Tales games that have skits do have a lot of skit mugs, wheras nobody has ripped them all (ND3, I feel that this game is incomplete).

I used GGD and. found them. Open the entire rom in GGD.

The whole thing. I tired open specific files, but no luck. However, I'm sure there in on of those files.
Use DZLazy to unpack the rom. Or, you can load the whole rom and look through. Might need a lot of beers. =P

Some of the .dat files have some stuff in it. Like the t.dat has the title screen.

I haven't found the main characters file, but these are "assist" characters.
