My error.
I just find it funny how Mario and Sonic have booth been made so shiny in recent games. Sonic's hair shouldn't really be shiny, and Mario's clothing and skin really shouldn't glint like they do. I feel like the two biggest franchises are turning into action figures.
Nitro brings up a good point, but the enemies do look quite strange, even when compared to older games.

what happened to robots shaped like animals that dropped small animals out of them...
too bad that died after SA2, and Sonic Heroes just made things stupid by inventing egg bots which completely took all charm and appeal out of enemies by making them so basic and uncolorful...

According to some sources, Eggman gave up using animals to make robots, because it wasn't cost efficient (especially considering they always get destroyed).

Kinda grotesque for Sonic to be some were-wolfish type of monster... It's ironic for some iconic hedgehog to take on a different facade... bestial should I say. I'm kinda interested to see how this turns out.
