Better/no story.
better online.
Final smashes that make sense, link's final smash makes no sense to me.
More realistic physics.

And, i know i've said this hundreds of times before, but, Simon Belmont as a playable character. Snake being in brawl instead of him is total bullshit, and he didn't even get a sticker or trophy. I'll never let it go.

Maybe Anime Characters could be put in as long as they are not the ones that suck (Like naruto for example)

Let's see.. Let's actually REWORK the CURRENT character's movesets, shall we?

I'd like the removal of tripping, and re-work movesets. Marth's tip thingy is really unfair to the newbies, so cut that, having Marth's sword tip do more damage than the rest of the blade seems a bit strange.

Remove that rediculous range DK has, seriously. He KO's from an arm's lengh away even if he punches. Fix that, but don't make it go under the fist either.

Give Sonic more control, he IS the fastest thing alive, but he never had to go full-speed to avoid traps, ala Sonic 1 ~ S3&K.

Pokemon Trainer should pick his three before the start of the battle before wasting his down+B move, really useless. Ivysaur's Bullet Seed could use more control as well, not play like Rospark in Megaman ZXA, in movement mode.

Have PK Thunder be a rebound move, instead of having to control it. Anyone caught in the PK Thunder should still have damage, but the move should continue to propel Ness foward, in other words, make Ness less gimmicky.

Lucario should have to be like other pokemon, having the one based off "Lucario and the Mystery of Mew", sounds annoying. Reminds me of a certain boss in the Megaman series when he goes "BEHOLD, MY TRUE POWER!".

Luigi's damaging taunt was a nice touch, but I'd say that it should apply to both bros.

Players imprisonated in Yoshi's egg should give the ability to roll for a change, to add a little fairness to beginners.

Make Bowser more like his M&LUnsureS counterpart to make him more "special" to the franchise of Mario.

Reduce Peach's Princess Bomber's damage, it's a powerhouse, I tell ya.

Yep, mine was actually about tweaking existing movesets here, not the addition of characters n' shit.

you have no idea how many people i've talked to, from age 10 to 30 who've said that they would love to see naruto in the next smash bros.

and most of these were in the nintendo world store, a place as nintendoy as you can get

My girlfriend and I should pretend to be journalists and poll people there to prove this



If you think seriously about it he really wouldn't be a bad addition, what with that rasengan and all [but most anti-narutard posters would still hate him anyway and cry that a mario vs. sonic vs. naruto match would be a boner killer]

I know a good way to fix Yoshi's recovery problems. Make his B-Side work like Wario's Bike. Not only does it have good vertical distance, but you can jump off of it.

Press the jump button while doing the Egg Roll move and Yoshi will burst out of the egg into the air as an extra jump.

This is also a good strategy in combat, pretend to roll into your opponent only to jump out at the last secend and ground pound.

you already have Jump SuperStars for that, get out.

adding more characters pleases the fans but its not the answer.

i love SSB over meelee and brawl because it was so simple and straight in both moves, characters and scenarios that it doesnt need to stuff itself like a turkey with all sorts of random crap to pretend its more advanced/complete. for example i always hated how almost every fight on meelee had to be made on final destination because it was the only map where you could actually fight instead of avoiding every feature on the scenario to be able to reach your oponent as if was some sort of extended mario party minigame.

Now to the point, I only said lets not discuss anything about new characters and stages so we don't overload the thread with a bunch of new characters in specific, that usually ends up in a bunch of pointless arguments whether or not that certain character should be in.

That issue aside, it'd be kind of obvious that we are going to get more characters in the next game even if brawl didn't meet what expectations for what characters the fans wanted to be in the game or what the number of characters should have been.

Now please, think about what someone is stating before you post, you bloody Nsider.

Oh snap, that hurt. Especially since Nsider is dead. =(

you can do that already by clicking on the picture of the pokemon you want on the character select screen

Also, 75m is literally the worst stage
