Though honestly, I don't think that we'll be able to give all the characters new costumes.

As for so many things with Toon Link being from Wind Waker, I don't really know what to tell you, I would have been fine with Toon Link having some Phantom Hourglass stuff in Brawl. I don't know what the policy is going to be with how true you have to stay to the original Smash Bros. characters for this project, but considering Toon Link is the way he is, with all of his content being from Wind Waker, wouldn't it be more appropriate to have an outfit from it, too? Especially considering it might be strange to have the conductor outfit, with nothing else (taunts/attacks/etc.) being from Spirit Tracks.

Yeah Toon Link's costume have to be based off other games not solely one game alone! Also I have a few other costume ideas for Sonic.
The one I want to do the most is Extreme Gear Sonic
Also Black Knight Sonic (Calibur Sonic, but that would make him use his sword instead of his regular attacks but he is not a clone)
Well without going through the Characters costumes cannot be other characters rule that's about all I've got!

*facepalm* Black Knight Sonic wouldn't work, because giving him sword moves pretty much makes him a new character, and Extreme Gear sonic is rather dull.

Squirtle's sunglasses are from the anime. The scarf idea is from the "explorers" games. Kirby can't wear a hat because he wears hats when he swallows people.

@ Black Boo: Scourge wouldn't work like tonberry said we are trying to make them different costumes nothing like another character I turly don't know what to do yet!

Devil kirby... he is kirby with an evil face but he is awesome in the anime.
