I didn't decide on Viewtiful Joe, pal. And trust me, I've played plenty of Capcom games. I'm a Nintendo man, but I don't hate every other company.

I'm probably alone on this one, but I like Pichu. I played as him in Melee all the time and was disapppointed when he didn't return in Brawl. He was put in Melee to represent the 2nd Generation which is my personal favorite (and I know many people agree with me here). There were two Pichu brothers that had recurring roles in several Pokemon anime movies and TV specials. Pichu has a fanbase that is larger than the average Pokemon's (though not quite as big as say Pikachu or Mewtwo). Plus, Nintendo obvioiusly likes him, seeing as there are two new distinct anime Pichus; Pikachu-colored Pichu and Notch-Eared Pichu. Both of them have roles in the HeartGold/SoulSilver (Notch-Eared Pichu is even important enough to get her own sprite and not just an edit off of normal Pichu). Speaking of HGSS, thats another reason to include Pichu. The 2nd Gen is making a comeback with its remakes, and it deserves some recognition in Smash. Pichu deserves a spot over any other 2nd Gen Pokemon. And Pokemon needs the amount of reps that it has, as it is Nintendo's second biggest franchise.

I don't have much against pichu, but it really comes down to whether or not anybody is willing to make a full sheet for him, right?
And some people want for him to have a new moveset, so that will have to be developed a bit more.

I'd make him one, but I'm no good at this style. And a moveset could be kinda strange to have it be too different. I think it'd be cool to have him, but I'm not sure it could be possible.
