Also, holy crap, I was expecting it to release in November, not September...And I hope it's not rushed, but if I'm right, they've been working on this since before Platinum released...Like they did with Fire Red & Leaf Green (Which came out 8 months before Emerald in Japan, and 7 in the US) but this is releasing in Japan almost a full year after Platinum did

Damn! Now im happy, thanks for the good news Josh. They couldn't have done better with Silver's sprite, follows the art and everything! Gold could still use improvement, but im happy.

Kanto had nothing in GSC, so it needs all the padding out it can get.
well i doubt it considering the battle frontier in emerald WAS the Kanto BF.
they could just give us a new one but that'd be silly, i say a new battle area will be in place, we just got another battle frontier, no need for a 3rd.

The area near Cinawood might be a johto battle frontier in theory

turns out they didnt make new backposes, but used the ones from platinum, but the plat ones were different from the dp ones, upgraded along with 2nd frames(that part we knew but they redid some of the backposes for some pokes).
the more you know i guess, we'll likely see the double frame backposes in this.
