Had this issue with ganon's cape. The reason it looks like that is because there are two dresses overlapping, with one texture for the top side and one for the bottom side. Select the darker/bottom side and use alt+S to make a tiny adjustment and scale it in RE: Super Smash Bros. Given how long the approval process is, it would really speed things up if you could submit models right away. RE: Super Smash Bros.
