Maybe get some more contrast with the shades? Also, for his right foot, I can't tell if it's the perspective or not, but it looks like it is rotated a bit too much to the point where it looks a broken.

In case you can't read my horrible penmanship, it's supposed to be Arrghus from Zelda. Although I could claim it looks like Ovnunu from Demon's Crest also.
