RE: Pokémon X/Y/OR/AS Model Ripping Project - BigfootAUS - 05-09-2015 Got some tech troubles here, using the ORAS models and the latest scripts found via the first post of this thread. I had to upgrade my suite of Autodesk software to 2016 a while ago and only just tried importing some Pokemon models today. Both versions of the ORAS scripts are unable to import any models and give an error on the lines of code (2914 and 2976) containing this: skinOps.ReplaceVertexWeights skinMod i bi wv The error I get from those lines is "-- Unable to convert: undefined to type: Integer". If I comment those lines out, I can import the model and the skeleton correctly but the skin weights aren't imported. Since I'm unable to downgrade back to previous Autodesk software versions, what can I do? I was so close to having a Mega Rayquaza model all tidied up and ready to use >_> RE: Pokémon X/Y/OR/AS Model Ripping Project - Farlavor - 05-10-2015 (05-09-2015, 01:24 AM)BigfootAUS Wrote: Got some tech troubles here, using the ORAS models and the latest scripts found via the first post of this thread. I forgot the version of 3DS Max working with the plugin... but I think it was not 2016 version... try a lower version if you can. RE: Pokémon X/Y/OR/AS Model Ripping Project - kutaras - 05-11-2015 It works only with 2012 version RE: Pokémon X/Y/OR/AS Model Ripping Project - Hopeghaya - 05-11-2015 First, Thank You for Pokemon files. i used them to make MMD Pokemon XY Beautifly. http://hopeghaya.deviantart.com/art/MMD-Beautifly-XY-532443672 Next, do you have the Pokemon texture data in XY.bin file or in .BCH file? Not .png if you use Ohana3DS.exe to view a model like 359_-_Beautifly.bin there is no texture. I would like to then open textiure file for 359_-_Beautifly.bin and view it Ohana3DS.exe It may then be exported to 359_-_Beautifly.smd If this is done correctly, the texture map should be stored in 359_-_Beautifly.smd Then I can Import using blender and use the textures.png files. Once I finish downloading the 3DS roms and a torrent... I will focus on getting the BCH files from Pokemon 3DS games... and I hope to succeed at make them as good as RTB models... and if so... I will upload a batch he isn't doing... just wish me a little luck on my first task... RE: Pokémon X/Y/OR/AS Model Ripping Project - Hopeghaya - 05-13-2015 My bad. I downloaded all BUT ONE of the files from the post. DUH Which means I was doing things the HARD way. Thanks again. Here is a real messy texture hack MMD Sandshrew if you want. http://hopeghaya.deviantart.com/art/MMD-Sandshrew-XY-532890557 RE: Pokémon X/Y/OR/AS Model Ripping Project - Carpaccio - 05-14-2015 So I tested a bit with other BCH files from Codename S.T.E.A.M. and they...sort of don't work. They'll load, but they're a horrid messy explosion of distorted polygons. Does anyone know of a way to work with them, using Ohana3DS? On the topic of Pokemon though, I was wondering if it was possible to rip that 'Missingno Cameo' model... RE: Pokémon X/Y/OR/AS Model Ripping Project - Carpaccio - 05-14-2015 That's the problem, I have no idea where one would find it in the files, since I assume it's part of the map geometry and not a singular entity. In Lumiose City there's a boutique and if you stand close enough to the door but far away enough not to go through it, there's a semi-transparent image of the 'L-shape' Missingno in the darkness of the doorway. RE: Pokémon X/Y/OR/AS Model Ripping Project - Hopeghaya - 05-14-2015 Missingno stands for Missing number. There is no Missingno Pokemon. By definition Missingno has no Pokemon number. No Pokemon number and it is NOT a Pokemoin. Link to disprove http://www.gametrailers.com/videos/60inks/pop-fiction-missingno-in-pokemon-x---y- RE: Pokémon X/Y/OR/AS Model Ripping Project - Carpaccio - 05-16-2015 I didn't say it WAS an actual Pokemon. I said it was an easter egg type thing in the model architecture of a building and nothing more. Anyway, here's two of the Codename S.T.E.A.M. files. Hope you can figure them out. Dropbox Link |
