RE: E3 2010 - Alpha Six - 05-01-2010 wait "KI3" KI = Killer Instinct Killer Instinct 3? ?????????? it's on the "Microsoft" side too, and Rare does belong to Microsoft (note that Rare made Killer Instinct) omg RE: E3 2010 - Gwen - 05-01-2010 Have that for the Super Nintendo, so much fun C:. Anyone see trailer for COBlack ops? Or am I incredibly slow at just seeing it? RE: E3 2010 - Alpha Six - 05-01-2010 It was only announced like, two days ago. It looks... interesting to say the least. Hope Treyarch doesn't fuck it up. RE: E3 2010 - Cobalt Blue - 05-01-2010 Killer instinct was killed by its extremely generic and forget-able cast. RE: E3 2010 - ThePortalGuru - 05-03-2010 I honestly hope we get some good new stuff on the downloadable games front. Any renovations to the Xbox Live Arcade, PSN or Wiiware would be greatly appreciated by me. After all, it seems like indie games are taking the market by storm in this day and age, and anything about independent devs at E3 would be just swell. RE: E3 2010 - Locked Achievement - 05-03-2010 I hope that they will say how the 3DS works. I have a few theories as to how it will work: The screen will be a hologram The DS will only play games that use Textures (the games that the camera can move and the diferent pbjects rotate with it) The DS will need 3D glasses (I know that they announced that it wont need 3D glasses, but might be compatible with them) That's what I think, anyway RE: E3 2010 - Vipershark - 05-03-2010 I'm thinking they'll just be making games like that one game that uses the DSi's camera to make 3D. I'm not gonna lie, Nintendo recently has been announcing things with vague language, and then end up putting out something underwhelming and not at all what the fans speculated on, at least when it comes to hardware. I won't get my hopes up too high, but yeah, that camera-based 3D thing was pretty cool though I don't think I'd want it in EVERY game. The use of the glasses is through shutter control with flickering images. I games console controlling this method in a hand held format would not only be an incredible price, but also be shit because of the implementing of it into games. Take into account that this would be of no use to a game and be exactly the same as playing a normal DS that has 3D graphics. It wouldn't "Stick out" of the console. It can't. The 3DS using the camera in the demonstration video is pretty much the exact nature that can only really be used on such a small medium of gameplay. Your concept of 3D images from the cinema, coming out of the screen wouldn't work if that cinema screen were closer to you, and fits between your hands. It'd disappear into what is really there and have a very small amount of "canvas". RE: E3 2010 - Cobalt Blue - 05-04-2010 i wonder how many of you would actually buy a 3DS because you actually have hopes on it being a solid platform and not for the gimmick. RE: E3 2010 - SKELTON S. SKELETON - 05-04-2010 but, the DS proved to be an incredibly solid platform with or without games revolving around the gimmick |
