RE: Barubary's submissions - Barubary - 03-04-2009
I suppose this wasn't not to be expected; added the first two trial characters for DDMS2.
RE: Barubary's submissions - Dazz - 03-05-2009
FUCK YES, saves me having to do it
Great stuff!
RE: Barubary's submissions - Barubary - 03-08-2009
Added the rest of the trial characters for DDMS2.
RE: Barubary's submissions - Dazz - 03-09-2009
Fuck yeah! Now sticking these up.
And I mean the sheets.
Not the collective penises of the community.
RE: Barubary's submissions - Barubary - 03-13-2009
No rips today, but a notice that I've uploaded a new release for TiledGGD.
The main new feature is the support of Lua plug-ins. (yes, I got that idea from Tahaxan) For a sort-of-tutorial/instruction manual for the plug-in system, go here.
Another notable feature is that you can now save the entire graphics at once. Just pick the appropriate item in the File-menu.
(And there have been some bugfixes of course)
Next up in the list: support for files compressed by the default GBA/DS compression algorithms.
RE: Barubary's submissions - Deathbringer - 03-13-2009
Remember that error I told you about when trying to open the DATs for the Rockman X5 and 6, still got them with this release. Unless you never got around to it.

RE: Barubary's submissions - Dazz - 03-14-2009
Awesome! I'll give this a try a little later.
RE: Barubary's submissions - Deathbringer - 03-14-2009
Here's the same error but with the new version, so in case it has any better in-sight to it.
PHP Code: See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

Oh, fuck, I think I finally found the problem. It doesn't read anything that has the Read-only Attribute attached, I just removed it and it opens with no problems. You might want to make a note of it in case someone else gets this problem.

I thought these files would pose no problem, as I explicitly stated in the code that I want to open files only for reading. =/
Anyway, it seems I found the problem, and a fixed version is now available for downloading. =)
RE: Barubary's submissions - Superliger - 03-14-2009
I think with this new version you just saved a ton of time. Is there a way to open GBA games up like tahaxan does with DS games?

(03-14-2009, 09:02 AM)Ridleymaster Wrote: Is there a way to open GBA games up like tahaxan does with DS games? No, at least not exactly. The GBA games do not store their internal filesystem. I'm not sure if it's possible do dissect the games without the filesystem. =/
RE: Barubary's submissions - Yawackhary - 03-14-2009
I tried the new version and it is even better than before (I can now rip some arcade games like My Hero and Wonder Boy in Monster Land that I couldn't before), at this rate I'll stop using TileMolester which I still do on some cases. Speaking of which, in the next version, will there be a 3 Bit per Pixel Format? It's just that some Master System/Game Gear and I believe Sega arcade games use that.
Anyway I got this error while trying to open the files from Donkey Kong Jungle Climber:

RE: Barubary's submissions - Superliger - 03-14-2009
The only way I know of opening GBA games is by tilemole. On the other hand this is an on going thing that is updated now and then not once or twice a year like some others.
RE: Barubary's submissions - Deathbringer - 03-14-2009
Are you opening it from the disc itself? If so, copy the file to your hard drive, remove the read-only attribute, and then try opening that file.
