I believe E-Man meant that you should use some AA on the dark shade (at least, that's what I'd do). Thanks for clarifying. ![]() RE: My return to Spriters resource (now VG resource) - SchAlternate - 11-18-2013 Also, the shades could be darker to be more noticeable. RE: My return to Spriters resource (now VG resource) - Omnikariz - 11-23-2013 The overworld tiles would look a bit better if you let the grass/snow drop down a bit further. Here's an example on your snowy tileset. ![]() RE: My return to Spriters resource (now VG resource) - TheMario360 - 11-23-2013 (11-23-2013, 04:17 PM)Omnikariz Wrote: The overworld tiles would look a bit better if you let the grass/snow drop down a bit further. Here's an example on your snowy tileset. I adjusted it for 2 of them ![]() RE: My return to Spriters resource (now VG resource) - TheMario360 - 03-28-2014 As it's been months since anybody has posted anything here on this thread, I decided to start a water tileset. I'm a bit rusty at spriting, (mainly because I've been working on webcomics) so I don't expect these to be perfect. ![]() RE: My return to Spriters resource (now VG resource) - Omnikariz - 03-28-2014 There's no clear direction on which the waves are moving, I'll take smb's water sprites as an example. ![]() See? Your sprite is kind of just frozen somewhere in the middle and it looks really odd. TheMario360 Wrote:As it's been months since anybody has posted anything here on this thread,The reason for the lack of posting in your thread is because there weren't any replies to your previous post and thus the thread kind of "died" with no activity going on it, and I'm pretty sure that you aren't allowed to post in older threads that have fallen into the "dead" zone. (hence the term "bump") RE: My return to Spriters resource (now VG resource) - TheMario360 - 03-28-2014 (03-28-2014, 11:56 AM)Omnikariz Wrote: There's no clear direction on which the waves are moving, I'll take smb's water sprites as an example.Really? Hm.. I didn't know that... Is there anywhere on the forum I can go to confirm that? RE: My return to Spriters resource (now VG resource) - Omnikariz - 03-28-2014 Dazz Wrote:8. Don't bump old threads or double post. So yeah, the creator of the thread can bump but others can't You can look at the thread for yourself here.
