Alrighty, I'm (more or less) ready to put up the poll! But before I do, I'd like some community input.
Should I make the poll only include those who posted their finished sheets (Omega, Quirby, Shade, Gorsal, Pik, SchAlternate, and SupahSanti) or everyone who posted sprites but didn't add a finished entry? Personally I'm leaning towards the former but in the spirit of competition I'll let you guys decide.

I think it would be better to include all of them because some of them look fantastic/required different levels of skill to sprite despite being unfinished like Pit's detailed sprites and Quirby's limited pallet colors.

I vote for every single entry, even the single pixelarts.
you could even make a separate voting poll for single sprites/sprite sheets if you want to be more fair

Yea we definitely should include all entries in some form. It would not be fair to just leave them out because they're unfinished. They're still entries.

I say include entries like the chibi Palutena one, even though they weren't posted on the final day.
