Then I also highly recommend watching "The Cat Returns" as it's one of my favorites and technically the sequel to that movie. RE: Movie Thread - Chadook - 07-27-2016 I just Watched the "The Cat Returns", and it was really Great, I've never seen such concept as "Kindom of cats", Cat business.. before. RE: Movie Thread - MoneyMan - 08-23-2016 Kubo and the Two Strings is amazing and you all need to see it. Support stop motion animation as a medium and get to see not only a p dang gr8 story, but what legit is probably some of the best animation EVER. RE: Movie Thread - Shade - 08-28-2016 MoneyMan is right on the Money, Man. Kubo is an incredible movie. Seriously considering a second watch while it's still in theaters, which I don't do often, so that should tell you just how incredible it is, especially if my opinion is worth anything to you (which it should be because I have some really good opinions, trust me). RE: Movie Thread - Koh - 09-07-2016 I heard this movie is good, probably one of the reasons why. Powerful speech~ RE: Movie Thread - miyabi95_ - 10-28-2016 so there was an announcement about a Klonoa movie being in the works and i'm freaking out right now RE: Movie Thread - Goemar - 10-28-2016 Probably be as good as the Ratchet and Clank film... RE: Movie Thread - miyabi95_ - 10-28-2016 well it's being produced by an anime studio so that definitely has my hopes up. i'm not very picky with game-to-movie adaptations anyway. but the fact that anymore love is being shown to a dead franchise just melts my heart RE: Movie Thread - Shade - 11-22-2016 Didn't know where to link this so I'm doing it here. This is super cool. I would say "I hope they make a full movie!!!!!!!1" but honestly this is just so perfect being short, sweet, and as high quality as possible that I'm content with solely this. RE: Movie Thread - Dolphman - 12-18-2016 Manage to catch Zootopia on Netflix today. I did ended up enjoying it. Not often do you see a family film use racism as a plot point. For the most part, I was just thinking if kids get the morals, or even The Godfather references. :p Though, it's Kinda strange how it was only mammals featured in the movie. No birds, fish, arthropods or reptiles. Robin Hood was more diverse with its cast of funny animals. And the theme would still be on point, with or without. I know for one thing. The characters's quotes and facial expressions did give us some good uses for the internet. RE: Movie Thread - Dolphman - 03-11-2017 Saw Kong: Skull Island today. Awesome movie! And it doesn't mess around with waiting for the monsters. Don't expect dinosaurs though, but they gave the two armed serpent from the original 1933 film a bigger and important roll. Not only that. They have some cool mega-fauna. Such as a giant water buffalo, a tall spider, huge lake squid, and log-sized stick insect. Along with little wyvern-like creatures with blades for snouts. Plus a subspecies with rounder faces. Oh, and if you see it yourselves. Stay after the credits, you'll get very excited at what the scene reveals. What's also amazing is that Legendary is planning a Monsterverse. So a monster mash of kaiju in the same shared universe! Let's hope they manage to get the license for Gamera as well, so we can finally get that crossover we've all been waiting for. RE: Movie Thread - Kriven - 03-16-2017 Logan kind of sucked... Suffers from "THIS MOVIE SHOULD BE RATED R" mentality, instead of "This is a movie that happens to have been rated R." RE: Movie Thread - Dolphman - 03-23-2017 So I saw Power Rangers today. I thought it was fun. You can tell the actors had a lot of enjoyment in their roles. Elizabeth Banks made a very intimating (And sexy ) Rita Repulsa, and Bryan Cranston was great as Zordon. As for the Rangers themselves. They were not bad, and did a decent job in their performances. I Liked that they had fun with it, as you would expect from anything Power Rangers. Only on thing to say: RE: Movie Thread - miyabi95_ - 04-01-2017 live-action inuyasha movie has been leaked. here's the on-set footage that's been circulating around the web https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/24/72/1e/24721e105e6081d16d225250ab13e219.gif RE: Movie Thread - memilee - 04-08-2017 I like fast and furious.
