(hence why i use the remember me option in most of the sites i visit, besides write my passwords down in assorted places)...If you can't remember them, make a document with all of them. mine is called "passwords.docx" originally, i had a single .txt file, it became three, and then i started writing them in assorted other files at whim because i was too lazy to open the dedicated files for them. I don't use master passwords, but it's tempting to. What I won't do is use a site like KeePass, and I find it laughable so-called 'security experts' recommend them. Anyone concerned with security concerns knows this is a bad idea, because it's not too many steps from the master password approach, AND it's putting all your login data on some server, somewhere... and god help you if that gets breached. (which these days the question is not 'if', but 'when') if someone wants in bad enough, they'll find a way. the 'send a text message to this phone to verify it's you' approach of gmail is also such a joke... i dealt with this while on my vacation. anyone could just use any phone to which they have access to bypass that. Mandating people to have a mobile phone to secure their account is also something that irritates me. Anyways, that isn't the intended purpose of this thread, so let's not continue this discussion I'm completely withdrawing my request for star fox adventures. Within recent years (2014) a ripper was created. Discovered this when searching for anything about star fox assault. The only problem I have is it was developed with the maya model format in mind, which i feel was a big mistake. the plan is to have my friend help me, as his computer can probably/hopefully handle maya. now i just got probably thousands of files to convert >.> Anyways, unless there's a major hitch, I won't any longer require format-cracking help for starfox adventures. I also did find a large amount of rips from adventures, but it's another uncommon format... not sure if this will cause conflicts, because my rips will be working off my own work (aside from the ripper i did not create). I do know there's a TON of stuff that isn't yet ripped, or if so, not publicly released. On the other hand, if someone can figure-out the actual model format for assault, or the archive format(s) used in bionicle heroes (DS)'s rom.bin file, it'd be greatly appreciated! I'm great at breaking things - arc_ray99 - 09-01-2016 how about character models from Negima!? Neo Pactio Fight (Wii) last time i ever checked with someone's help the models didnt seem to be present in the game's files. (or at least on the ISO for the game we couldnt find anything) unrelated, but i did find a 30 second snippet of "Take On Me" in the music files, maybe it was for testing? aw heck, how about MS Saga (PS2)? the character models in there seem to be rather high quality, including one girl npc who really stands out. RE: Know any "unrippable" games? I'm great at breaking things - Zyphex - 09-11-2016 Golden Sun Dark Dawn. I'd really like some of the battle models. RE: Know any "unrippable" games? I'm great at breaking things - Sc4recroW - 09-12-2016 I know of two Dragon Ball Z games that haven't had a single model ripped from either of them, I'm not sure if they're "unrippable" I just know they haven't been ripped from. The games are Super Dragon Ball Z, originally an arcade game that was later ported to the ps2 and Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit for the PS3 and Xbox 360. RE: Know any "unrippable" games? I believe I can remember reading people were struggling with it, and for something as popular as it is, not many models seem to exist online. RE: Know any "unrippable" games? I'm great at breaking things - Shmar - 09-25-2016 How About Rune Factory Tides of Destiny from Wii?, i ve tried with wiiscrubber but have only cpk and bin files.... Can someone teach me how to do pls? RE: Know any "unrippable" games? I'm great at breaking things - iyenal - 09-25-2016 I think CPK files can be extracted with QuickBMS. Otherwise use Dolphin Emu ripping workaround. RE: Know any "unrippable" games? I'm great at breaking things - Kold-Virus - 09-25-2016 Isn't there also CriPakTools, a set by I-forget-who? |
