... No, I don't think that's really a great idea.
However you look at it, threads like these really do boil down to people complaning because they don't get their way, or don't get away with things that you might elsewhere. Feel free to make up a dream establishment as much as you like, but don't be surprised if nothing changes. Hell you've said before that you only really complain on the pretense of trolling. It's not so effective if you try the same troll more than once; and if you are being genuine, I'm sadly disinclined to belive you.
The people who would arguably be capable of moderation do so elsewhere anyway. Go ask Tyvon to hire you for PxC and make a Spamhaul board there. Problem solved~
