I wouldn't mind Mega Man.EXE and MMZ Zero, personally.
but IDK, it seems this time around, the Capcom side will be filled with more American relate-able characters. Which means we're probably getting Mega Man Classic.
Also, think Chun Li and Ryu will be the only Street Fighters we'll see? Personally, I'd like to see the Zangief, Sagat, Guile, Alex, or one of the SFIV characters. Though I highly doubt any of them will get in.

Seriously though, I expect Volnutt and Zero just because they seem like they'd transfer over from Tatsunoko vs Capcom. If the MvC series has taught me anything, it's that Capcom WILL reduce, reuse, recycle.
Honestly, I wanna see some representation from almost all the primary Megaman series, but I'm a big Megaman fan so.. BIAS. xD But the ones that I'd love to see at least one of are Vile, Tron Bonne (maybe having the other two popping in for attacks as well), Bass.exe and Dr. Wily... I'm also a big fan of villain characters.
