Added a few more stages. Underwater stages seem to have been dumped wrong, so i'll try that again later.

You have Candy Kong on the first post twice for some reason.

RE: Tonberry2k's Submission Thread - Ton - 01-11-2009

Added 4 more stages. Water levels still look messed up and Enguarde's bonus stage looks nothing like the in-game one, so I'm assuming it's another map.

It is good to see you haven't steered off of the ripping projects. Good job as always Ton.

RE: Tonberry2k's Submission Thread - A.J. Nitro - 01-11-2009

For Jungle Hijinx, I see the top piece of a tree at the bottom of the beginning of the sheet.

RE: Tonberry2k's Submission Thread - Ton - 01-11-2009

Yeah, I noticed that. Not sure why it's there, but... maybe it's supposed to be? I'm just going to leave it.

And thanks, SCF. Big Grin

RE: Tonberry2k's Submission Thread - Ton - 01-11-2009

Ok, added a few more. Some levels aren't perfectly ripped.

Coral Capers- Not a complete rip.
Poison Pond- See above
Clam City- See above
Enguarde Bonus- Not the right map. May be Crocopus Chase.
Millstone Mayhem- Ripped incorrectly; numbers appear on some tiles
Temple Tempest- See above.
Mine Cart Carnage- All tiles that intersect the track are absent.

Those are all the problems so far.

Wait Tonberry, I'm confused. Are you ripping these backgrounds straight from the emulator, or DKC Atlas?

RE: Tonberry2k's Submission Thread - Ton - 01-12-2009

Simion at the DK Atlas website created a program that lets you view every sprite, tile, and map from DKC. I'm using that tool to get the graphics from the game.

Hey I think you should re-rip Manky Kong, the enemy. The one on the site leaves the dark effects behind.

I had already done so for him a long time ago.

Yeah, I have a Kremlings and a Baddies sheet already in progress with Manky with the correct palette, thanks to RTB.

RE: Tonberry2k's Submission Thread - Boo - 01-14-2009

Haha nice. Kremlings are sweet. I dont know why they are starting to add them as characters to so many games though. Lol.

RE: Tonberry2k's Submission Thread - Ton - 01-15-2009

Added DK Aquatic enemies. Cleared the cache.

Nice work!
