RE: Errors - Petie - 08-22-2012 What's the problem exactly? RE: Errors - Kami - 08-22-2012 That's my submiteer list and I need someone to remove the %20 in the url and the link linking to it, since the social site area is adding a 25 inbetween the % and the 20 screwing up the link, by the others comment's it seems like a common issue. http://www.spriters-resource.com/submitter/Shadow%20Kami I've already went into the profile and adjusted the preferences for the link and for what it'll say when I submit a sheet. RE: Errors - Garamonde - 08-22-2012 Kami I had the exact same problem. It happens to anyone who has spaces in their usernames. I will change your submitter name to have no space like I had to with mine. EDIT: Now fixed. RE: Errors - Petie - 08-22-2012 Your profile is currently set without a space in your name - is that how it should be? I can edit your entry in the database to remove the space but I'm not sure if this is what you're asking or not. Edit: And that change was done by Mighty Jetters so that would explain the difference. Spaces do work on the new site so I'm not sure why they're not working here. I'll look into it. RE: Errors - Kami - 08-22-2012 It's pretty much what jetters said. It's all set now, so I'm good. RE: Errors - Petie - 08-22-2012 Okay, though I think I realize what happened. Spaces weren't the issue. The problem is that the plugin was adding %20 when you submitted it and then the forum software was changing that % to %25 when it displayed it. Removing the space does fix the issue but just be aware that spaces actually do work and that an update/edit to the plugin might fix the problem you and many others were seeing here. RE: Errors - Garamonde - 08-22-2012 Well me and RTB had to edit our names too so we can't have spaces until the new site comes so we're okay for now. RE: Errors - Goemar - 08-23-2012 Some people's usernames seem to be 'breaking' the site, is there any chance of like a text wrap around option? RE: Errors - Petie - 08-23-2012 Do you have an example? RE: Errors - puggsoy - 08-23-2012 I think he means names like total burning heart kojjiro. RE: Errors - Petie - 08-23-2012 Oh, I see. You mean that the left column is being pushed over by long names. In theory, I could specify a fixed width on those columns but that would require editing all of the templates and isn't something I have time for at the moment. If someone else wants to do it though, be my guest. RE: Errors - Previous - 08-23-2012 Haha, yea, it already crossed me when Enigma told me my user title was stretching the column for him (not for me, my monitor is wide enough) where I thought it was weird the column didn't have a fixed width. RE: Errors - canasniimehugh - 08-24-2012 This warning appears randomly when I click something. This occurs on Safari, Chrome, Firefox and it occurs on my laptop and my iPad so I assume it happens everywhere. Although I could be mistaken and it's probably just me, I am curious to see if this happens to anyone else. RE: Errors - A.J. Nitro - 08-25-2012 Squishy's icon is missing. http://www.models-resource.com/wii_gamecube/kirbysreturntodreamland/index.html RE: Errors - Goemar - 08-25-2012 (08-24-2012, 10:41 PM)canasniimehugh Wrote: This warning appears randomly when I click something. I use Chrome and FireFox (on occasion) and have never ever seen this. |
