Can someone give me some idea on what to do with the 2 triangle thing on the right and that fugly thing on top... or can I just colour it as same as background so no body would noticeRolleyes. By the way, the bottom orange part is a phoenix, don't think is easy to read, have to fix it..

work more on the transition between saturated and desaturated, too. tf2 is quite contrasted and relatively saturated.

Fixed up sum stuff like the colors on the first one. When I first checked I realized it had 31 colors total, effffffff.

Middle one is about 90% done. Probably going to edit some shading and whatnot on most prominently the blade and cloak.

On to the Heavy I guess.

trying to add realistic muscles to the heavy's left arm doesn't work, its shape is way to unnatural
