RE: Banjo-Kazooie Sprite Project! - x0_000 - 07-06-2012 Made a Jiggy animation! It's been a while since I've played the game so I don't know what the relative sizes between the Jiggys and the notes are, the youtube video I checked looks like they're about the same size? Jiggies might be a bit larger. RE: Banjo-Kazooie Sprite Project! - Koopaul - 07-07-2012 I try to keep things around a similar size. I mean it's hard to tell because the size of things and characters in the games are always changing. Also the size of characters in the games are not actually how big they are in some of the artwork. In Tooie Humba's model is HUGE compared to Banjo. But Most things are huge compared to Banjo in the N64 games. Looking at the official artwork you can see that many of these characters are not that much bigger than Banjo. Some are actually shorter! RE: Banjo-Kazooie Sprite Project! - -Bwar- - 07-07-2012 I'm not completely satisfied with her but it's a start RE: Banjo-Kazooie Sprite Project! - Garamonde - 07-07-2012 She seems somewhat familiar but who is she? (I haven't beaten either of the games and it's been years upon years since I've played them.) RE: Banjo-Kazooie Sprite Project! - ~DrakoRero~ - 07-07-2012 That's Brentilda, one of Grunty's sisters and the only one who's good, in BK she tells you random facts about Grunty, and in BT she only makes a cameo in Jolly Roger's Lagoon if I recall. RE: Banjo-Kazooie Sprite Project! - -Bwar- - 07-07-2012 Yeah she does as a painting if I remember correctly Here's what she looks like, it's obvious my sprite is a bit inconsistent though it needs work RE: Banjo-Kazooie Sprite Project! - Gaia - 07-07-2012 (07-06-2012, 08:57 PM)x0_000 Wrote: Animation looks good, so dare I say it, keep getting jiggy with it! As for Brentilda, she could use a few extra pounds, she seems to have either hit the gym or has taking a liking to steriods at the moment.. As from what I can remember the only similarities is that of their weight. RE: Banjo-Kazooie Sprite Project! - Koopaul - 07-07-2012 I hope you don't mind x0_000 but I wish to use your Jiggy animation in the first post. RE: Banjo-Kazooie Sprite Project! - x0_000 - 07-07-2012 Go ahead! Although I see you've already added it EDIT: I took the time to add transparency to the animation, use this one instead: RE: Banjo-Kazooie Sprite Project! - Koopaul - 07-08-2012 I'm doing the painful task of recoloring all the sprites you guys made due to them getting darker from uploading them on the web. RE: Banjo-Kazooie Sprite Project! - Garamonde - 07-08-2012 I thought everyone mostly used imgur though? It doesn't alter colors as far as I can tell. RE: Banjo-Kazooie Sprite Project! - -Bwar- - 07-08-2012 I apoligize if I've caused some trouble there and didn't know it, maybe we should keep different characters on different uploaded images? RE: Banjo-Kazooie Sprite Project! - -Bwar- - 07-08-2012 I'm pretty proud of Blobbelda Mingella...not so proud Mingella's eyes are a nightmare since she's so thin RE: Banjo-Kazooie Sprite Project! - Star - 07-09-2012 Freakin a, that Blobbelda is spot on. I know how much hell it is working with such small dimensions. Good job! Idk why, but something about Humba Wumba's shade for her skin seems off to me. I think it's too saturated or something. |
