I fail to see how Fallout 3 is a bad game. It may not be that great to you, but to others, myself included, its a really good game. To us its fun enough to play over again.
Either that or you just want achievements. Which is doubtful since there are so many other games with MUCH easier achievements. Pretty much any sports video game for example

I liked the ending, at least for the vanilla game. I still have yet to get Broken Steel.
