Made this Link's Awakening revamp.
I'll improve soon.

If you mean re-colours, I have some Pokemon Red/Blue revamps.
I also have some random crappy artwork and pokemon splices, but that's all. '
I'll be working on the other Link's Awakening pics for now.

That looks really good, to start with.
You will improve later on as you learn about shading and the right colors to use.
But that will take a while.

The 1st one took me 2 hours, but I could use that one as a guide so it took me much quicker to make the second.

Yeah, I agree about the hair....
Who knows, maybe part of it was supposed to be his hat XD

For a beginner these aren't bad! Congrats.
Though I think you need to look into your colors. They're bland and desaturated as is. Maybe you could find a unique color tutorial here? http://pixeljoint.com/pixels/links.asp?id=2192

i am still confused as how these are revamps. does that mean you are actually shading an existing image?(like you did with the other pokemons you posted)
