Good Harvest Moon games - Maxpphire - 12-03-2009
Alright, I've been in a huge mood to play Harvest moon, just not currently any of the ones I own. Suggest some good ones please.
I have:
Harvest Moon 64
Saving the Homeland (this one sucked btw)
Another Wonderful Life

Have you tried Back To Nature for Playstation 1? It's kinda like the N64 version, but the graphics are better and people actually move instead of standing in one spot and being somewhere else when you leave the screen.
And yeah, Saving the Homeland sucks.

Rune Factory is kinda a mix between Harvest Moon and RPG games. It's for DS and but the sequel (also for DS) wasn't so great

I found Island of Happiness to be pretty good, although more challenging than other HM games. I'm gonna second FoMT as well; I've been having the urge to play that game again recently.

I'll take a look at the ones you suggested to me. Now lets just see if I'll actually be able to find them (Harvest moon games are Really fucking hard to find here. I mean that you basically have 1 and a million shot if the game isn't brand new.)
Also Metaru, I'd take your consideration but I've played too much Zombie games recently.

I have the female version of it, yeah. (I wouldn't mind getting the male version of it. I'm not too picky when ti comes to those things.)
So basically on my list of what to get is:
A Wonderful Life
(More)Friends of Mineral Town
Harvest Moon DS (cute)
Island of Happiness
and maybe the gbc ones if I'm that lucky.
I'm keeping this open if there are any more suggestions.
Considering the only Game store we have around is GameStop I looked at their wbesite to see if any Harvest moon games are at any of the Gamestops I know how to get to.
Apperently right now I can only Get Harvest Moon DS Cute, Magic Melody(GameCube), and Sunshine Islands without having to drive 40+ minutes away to get it.
Has anyone played Sunshine Islands or Magic Melody?

Mow Zombies is just 1/20 of what you can do in body harvest.
