Hi my name is TRR I usually hang out on another forum but they have a bunch of spamers on there all the time so I left there and I wanted to come here.

Welcome to tSR, man! There are many game creation tools, such as Game Maker and MMF2, and there's also the alternative of learning C++ and other programming languages to program the game yourself.
I'm not much on making games, so I'll let the more experienced game makers like SengirDev help you from here. Hope you enjoy your stay.
