i think ridley's size is fine as it is, compared to samus (who he can geab in his hand) he should in fact maybe be a but bigger,try referencing the zero mission sprite for size comparison or the fusion sprite (ridley x) depending on wether you want him to look like a monster or a dragon

i would make the tail go left. it looks kind of noisy around the tail/leg area as it is.

He's motherfracking huge, even now still. Can't you make him hunch a bit more? Not only to make him look smaller, but also to make him look more menacing. As if he says, I'm a motherfracking motherfracker who motherfracking kills you.
