I'm playing it right now and I'm trying to rip the backgrounds images (cities and panoramas) but I can't do it.
Someone can help me? I can give the savestates if someone accepts!

You can get the PSXVRAM to use the savestates to rip. It might be a little complicated at first, but after you get the hang of it, it's going to be like a second nature.
Or you can say what exactly you want and try to wait.

Yesterday I've successfully ripped one backgrounnd of a city, it was a mighty and absurd puzzle. O_O
The palette was hidden in a black pixel
