Advice on a climbing sprite - HazelWolf - 02-12-2010 Hey all, I'm doing a small game for a school project and I was hoping for some advice on where to go to find a sprite of a male character climbing. I'm hoping for a back view, something simple with an arm outstretched reaching up, and hopefully also to the side, like he's reaching over, so I can make him move on the x-axis as well as the y. I've found a couple basic sprites along these lines so far, classic mario, link, and megaman, for example, but I'm hindered because I'm hoping for 16 or 32-bit sprites, rather than the 8-bit I keep finding. Anyone have some suggestions? RE: Advice on a climbing sprite - Cobalt Blue - 02-12-2010 go for cliffhanger on the MegaDrive. the whole game is about a climber, basically. Well, it sounds great, but do you happen to know where I can find the sprites?
