Yes, but I have not finished (the B.O.W and two type male zombies are almost finished.).

Actually, Leon won't be too hard; he's mainly a color swap of Barry with a subtle head edit. Just take two screenshots of Leon (one of him facing to the side and one of him facing down; these are for the palette and face references), take the Barry sprite sheet, recolor it, and take off the beard.
