You get too use one when you defeat the Pokemon Elite Four and Lance too travel too Kanto.

If you are talking about G/S/C then no clue.
If you speak of the one from HG/SS then its a fully functional 3D Model, they best anyone could
do would probably be textures.

Well I don't have the ROM, but I do have the actually game.
I'm also talking about the ship sprite from HG/SS.

It's not a sprite, I don't think even the 2D cheats have much to change it, but I'll try later for you.
