A cap with large Klonoa-like ears i guess!
Although because it's White/Orange, it's probably meant to be a seagull. It's cute either way, but I'd do that in a different colour.

A differently-colored fabric. But yes, it doesn't look that good so I'm removing it.
I'm busy at the moment, so I'll be continuing this tomorrow (which is holiday). Thanks for the comments c:

The belt should look a little more to the left (ours), and she looks fat. Make her stomach a little thinner.
