install it

actually kosheh is right
if you can get ubuntu or linux mint to work well with your hardware they're actually really nice OSes

they just work


that, and you can add software by means of a software download thing in the "applications" menu - almost like an apps store. it's pretty much a respository - I managed to get a few emulators from it and it automatically installed them, too!
