Charmander - Ploaj - 09-12-2010 It needs a lot of work but its a start. Critique please RE: Charmander - Neoriceisgood - 09-12-2010 Cute face, you have a lot of weird/awkward stuff going on with the lines that by sheer accident doesn't come out half as bad as it should (the odd little square shading on the tail, blotches of black in places etc) What does cause a problem is the fact that you seem to have no aa at all around the rims, I'd really suggest adding some slightly darker orange shades around "corners" on the lighter areas on your guy, will make the lines feel a lot more like "part" of the guy more so than just black lines to outline him. RE: Charmander - Ploaj - 09-12-2010 Thanks I fixed the shading a bit but something seems off about it I think it has somthing to do with the left side of the body any suggestions? And something bothers me about the tail. Edit: Would Sellout help? I think i prefer the black outline though. Also is the lightest outline too bright. RE: Charmander - Neoriceisgood - 09-12-2010 Not sellout, AA within the lines. RE: Charmander - Ploaj - 09-12-2010 I was just asking about how it looks if i were to use sellout. Ok i am working on the AA that seems to always be my problem. |
