Great, there is one thing i can think of that your missing, a button on the pokedex, there should be a button that says Forme, its something you aquire as you go through the game

Im playing on my ds but i can try to port my save to the computer to get a screenshot
computer wasnt wanting to reconisze my microSD card adapter so it took a bit but here you go
