I HAVE ALREADY UPLOADED THEM TO IMAGESHAK AND I CLICK ON THE FORUM LINK AND WHEN I PASTE IT IN THE POST IT HAS NOTHING HELP

Which link are you copying from Imageshack? If it's anything except the "Direct" URL then it won't work.
You also need to use the [IMG] tags, thus:

[IMG]Direct URL goes here[/IMG]Also, scroll up. Look to the top right of the forum, the little blue question mark labelled "Help"

which include a page explaining how BBCodes work, INCLUDING: how to embed images. Whoa.
