Where is the best place to ask for requests?
I can't rip / don't know how too, and I'd really appreciate it if somebody ripped from the special episodes in PMDsky.

there's the requests forum, maybe?
You have to have made 20 posts before you can make requests though. And if you start making spam posts just to bump up your count, the mods will rip you a new one.

bear in mind that if you want to request something to someone in particular you can always use the PM function of the board.
and yes the point of having 20 post in order to make a request is for you to integrate into the comunity, wich in most cases tends to increrase the chances of getting your request fullfilled. reason why spamming would cause the opposite.
