That's pretty good, but there are two things I need to point out:
One, you don't have to explain what each cursor is for. We all appreciate you wanting to be helpful and informative but that just takes up more than half the sheet.
And the second thing, the font on your icons need to be Verdana size 7 (if you don't have Verdana on your computer you should be able to Google it and download it, otherwise I'll change it for you).
These are really good though.

I think I have Verdana, but I dont have size 7 for it. If you could, could you please try to remake the icons?

Oh I'm sorry! I didn't realize... I'll do that now. Actually the other day I deleted the history of images I uploaded without realizing it would actually delete them (and thus I had to re-upload all my sheets T_T). I learned and will never do that again. The min.us links stay there pretty much forever.
EDIT: Umm, would you mind re-posting your icon so I can fix it? I deleted it off my computer because I didn't need it (until now).
EDIT 2: Alright I've got them saved on my comp now and they're here now!
