I ripped One Piece Unlimited Cruise, and I opened the sound folder, and a bunch of .brstm files, are these usable?

There is a winamp plugin you can use to play them. http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080401095707AAFYwOL
then you can get an output writer to save it as whatever file type you want, i believe.
