I've been wondering about it for a long time, but i can't seem to figure out why.

Most of us are Honorary Members, I think. It's pretty much the default User Group.
You have that if you aren't banned or anything like that, pretty sure.

I think it's the user group for people who have at least 20 posts and are able to make requests.
